Think of impulse responses as a Digital Snapshot of a Speaker cabinet. We have painstakingly mic'd each one of our guitar cabs with several mics and recorded white noise to generate the best responses.
As a guitar player of 20 years, i understand how important good guitar tone is. I've made several presets for live and studio use. I have exhaustively tested each one at my bands practice space, and in my studio. You get the very best in my take on modern guitar tones!
THE STUDIO
Belmont Hard Rock Studio was officially started in the early part of 2016. I took on clients for several years until i decided to start working on my own music. It was then that i fell into the Impulse Response rabbit hole. I quickly learned that a lot of IR's were low quality. I wanted to make my own. Once quarantine started in early 2020, i knew it was my time. i have used my knowledge in the recording industry to put together the best IR packs and Helix presets I can. Try them out, i promise you'll love them!
